• Send an email to us at support@ruddr.ai with the subject line "Ruddr - Account Deletion Request"

• In the email, please include:

  • Your email address

  • Your username (if applicable)

  • The date you created your account (approximate is fine)

• Our team will process your request and send confirmation within 48 hours

What happens when your account is deleted?

• Data that will be permanently deleted

  • Your profile information

  • Your activity history

  • Your preferences and settings

  • Your matching and conversation history

Additional information

• Your account will be fully deleted within 7 days of your deletion request being confirmed

• Once deleted, your account cannot be recovered
