Rachael

Co-Founder & CEO

Rachael is a US Rhodes Scholar with two Master's degrees in AI from Oxford - one in Emergent Technology Policy focusing on AI, and the other in Information Ecosystems. She leads Ruddr from a deep understanding of human-computer interactions.

Fun fact: At Oxford, Rachael served as Student Body President of Exeter College. She loves giving the occasional long-winded toast! 

Anna

Co-Founder & CPO

Anna spent three years at AI med-tech startup Viz.ai, where she led key internal operations projects, including algorithm performance monitoring. With an Executive Education from Northwestern, Anna combines expertise in product design and data science as CPO.

Fun fact: Anna captained the University of Michigan gymnastics team to win their first National Championship. Go Blue!

Liam

Strategic Partnerships

Liam is from the Yale Class of 2022 and a Rhodes Scholar. The CEO & Co-founder of Invisible Hands, a New York non-profit with 15,000+ volunteers nationwide. At Ruddr, Liam advances thought leadership and strategic partnerships to drive innovation and impact.

Fun fact: At the onset of the pandemic, Liam’s personal phone served as the hotline for people in New York seeking help, acting as a direct lifeline for those in need during the crisis.

Lucas

Co-Founder & CTO

Lucas holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and has pursued additional courses through Harvard’s continuing education program. He leads web and mobile app development for Ruddr’s AI-suite, driving technical innovation.

Fun fact: Lucas also loves building with his hands, and has fully flipped and sold several houses.
