Co-Founder & CEO
Rachael is a US Rhodes Scholar with two Master's degrees in AI from Oxford - one in Emergent Technology Policy focusing on AI, and the other in Information Ecosystems. She leads Ruddr from a deep understanding of human-computer interactions.
Fun fact: At Oxford, Rachael served as Student Body President of Exeter College. She loves giving the occasional long-winded toast!

Co-Founder & CPO
Anna spent three years at AI med-tech startup Viz.ai, where she led key internal systems projects, including algorithm performance monitoring. With an Executive Education from Northwestern, Anna combines expertise in product design and data science as CPO.
Fun fact: Anna captained the University of Michigan gymnastics team to win their first National Championship. Go Blue!
